As a student of the B.A. minor in Gender Studies, you have a variety of opportunities to spend one or two semesters outside Goethe University. Through a study exchange, you can broaden your horizons, get to know further focal points within Gender Studies and deepen your interests - both at home and abroad. This is because the Cornelia Goethe Centrum participates in both PONS, the exchange program of German universities, and InterGender, the ERASMUS exchange program in Gender Studies.

PONS - Domestic Mobility in Gender Studies

What is PONS? The PONS network enables students to change their place of study in Germany during their studies and is comparable to the Erasmus partnerships. In addition to the organizational framework and coordination, the PONS exchange program awards scholarships and is funded by the Volkswagen Foundation. More about the idea of PONS in the info package.

In Gender Studies, in addition to the Cornelia Goethe Centrum, the University of Bielefeld, the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, the Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg, and the University of Paderborn participate in the PONS exchange program. Here, the different locations introduce themselves with their focal points.

If you are interested in an exchange semester at the Cornelia Goethe Centrum, please have a look at the homepage and contact us!
